SERVE Sundays are quarterly serve efforts at LiFT Church meant to go out and make an impact in our community. It is when “WE LiFT” together the name of Jesus over our city by serving any way we can with food, water, shelter, clothing, and care. On SERVE Sundays, we will have a few opportunities for you and your family/friends to join a team and serve somewhere in Salisbury. Plan to schedule a portion of that afternoon serving with us!
On Mar 3rd, we’ll have 3 opportunities:
Lunch with Friends - serving meals and hanging out with the homeless in our community from right after church til about 2:30pm
Moving Mulch for HALO - We need some people willing to help distribute a pile of mulch into HALO’s vegetable garden bed and their kids playground area from 3:45-6pm.
Ministry at the Homeless Shelter - A team of worship leaders, media members, a preacher, and people who want to pray and connect with tenants at the Homeless Shelter are going to lead the evening devotional from 7-8:30pm.
